Empathy Edge Solutions undertook a comprehensive project aimed at gaining a deeper understanding of customer journeys in HIV prevention. The team mapped decision-making pathways for young males in Zimbabwe and Zambia regarding voluntary medical male circumcision, with the goal of strengthening demand generation efforts. Additionally, they examined the HIV prevention journey for adolescent girls and young women in South Africa, focusing on strategies to enhance the adoption and effective use of prevention products.
