Empathy Edge Solutions successfully completed an innovative project focused on Safety Training and Capacity Strengthening in India. This project featured a behavioral science-based safety training module designed to instill a proactive safety mindset among employees. In addition, emotion-driven workshops were conducted to deepen participants’ understanding and improve the effectiveness of behavior-based safety (BBS) programs.
